01How does monthly billing work?+
The plan costs $9.99 per month—one price for your plan, not $9.99 per item. The three-year plan has one shared $4,000 repair budget for the entire term; that budget does not reset each month.
02Is this insurance?+
No. It’s a service contract for mechanical and electrical failure. The agreement spells out the covered items, limits, and claim process in plain terms.
03When does coverage start?+
Coverage for an item begins 30 days after you register it. Your three-year plan term begins when you purchase the plan.
04How many claims can I make?+
You can have up to three approved claims in a rolling 12-month period, drawing from the plan’s shared $4,000 repair budget. Declined claims do not count.
05What happens after a claim is approved?+
The approved amount is reserved from your budget immediately. We then coordinate the repair or reimburse an eligible repair; if the item cannot be fixed, replacement may be covered up to what you paid.
06Can I cancel?+
Cancellation terms vary by state and are set out in your service contract, including any refund you may be entitled to. Review those terms before enrolling.
